An established international school is seeking a professional, welcoming Admissions Officer to join a supportive administrative team. As the primary point of contact for prospective families, you will guide them through the entire enrollment journey—from initial inquiry to onboarding—ensuring a personalized and seamless experience that reflects our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all prospective parent inquiries promptly within 24 hours.
Coordinate school visits, campus tours, and student trial days.
Guide international families step-by-step through applications and enrollment.
Manage documentation, including offer letters, acceptances, and registration payments.
Maintain precise records and prepare comprehensive admissions data reports.
Coordinate with relocation agencies and external partners to support incoming families.
Meet key performance metrics regarding response times and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, admissions, or administrative roles (experience in an international educational environment is highly valued).
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse, multicultural families and corporate agencies.
Proficiency in database management and digital reporting tools.
